E-Riders is an online service platform associated with e-commerce solutions, SEO services, digital marketing, graphic design, and web development. These Terms of Service herein shall apply to all users available on the platform, whether clients, visitors, or registered members.

When you create an account on E-Riders, you agree to follow these terms of service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other rules that may apply.

You need to provide accurate information when you sign up.
3. Account Registration and Use
Any user who wants to have a portion of the Services must register an account. You agree to keep your registration information up-to-date and accurate. You are responsible for all use of the services made using your account’s information, including your password, and all activities conducted under your account.
For Freelancers:
Sign Up and Create Profile:
Sign up for free. Complete your profile by presenting your skills, experience, and portfolio. Use skills tags to target your prospective clients.
Offer Your Services:
After setting up your profile, describe the services you offer. Provide an authentic and to-the-point description and offer competitive prices to win the project. You can offer your services in different packages based on customer needs.
Receive Orders:
After adding your services, customers can browse and hire Collaborate. You will receive a notification when someone shows interest in your services and wants to place an order. You can directly communicate with the buyer to confirm the details, but the platform monitors the conversation and prohibits sharing personal details such as phone number, email, or any other identification. If you share such information, the platform will terminate your account without notice and hold any available funds.
Do Quality Work:
Deliver the assigned task as per the requirement and given deadline. Never compromise on quality; high-quality work will get you positive reviews and ultimately more projects.
Get Paid:
As soon as the client approves the project, your payment will be deposited into your account with a 5% deduction in terms of the referral fee.
For Buyers:
Sign up as a buyer:
Post a project with each and every detail of your project. Be specific to your requirements, and when freelancers with relevant skills send proposals for your project, check their profile and portfolio and discuss them in detail before placing your order, You cannot share your personal details, like your phone number, email, or any other personal identification details.
Place an Order:
You may simply place an order on the website when you find a service that fits your expectations. If you have certain requirements, you can message the freelancer and convey your briefs before placing the order so that you know they are on the same wavelength. you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order.
Tracking of Progress:
You can view the progress of your project ordered through the platform. Stay closely connected with the freelancer and provide any additional information they may need, ensuring everything runs smoothly toward the deadline.
Service Charges:
You must pay when placing the order, but the payment will only be transferred to the freelancer after the project is delivered. The platform will charge you an additional 5% of the freelancer’s listed price as a referral fee.
